2. Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
- Yes of course! If you do noy achieve profit from your purchased plans, the next payment plans will be absolutely free of charge. The free tips membership are automatically send on the following match days, as and when available.

3. Ca I request for refunds?
- After payment has been confirmed, we are not able to provide any refunds in any circumstances. Doing so will enable on delivering the best possible tips to our members.

4. Can I pay using bank transfer, or Western Union?
- We strongly encourage online payments by credit cards, debit cards using PayPal, or MoneyBookers. 5. After making payment, what should I do?

6. Do you notify your tips by email or SMS (via mobile phone) ?
- No. All our tips are available on site. You can access our tips IMMEDIATELY once payment is made. Just login to your account after payment is done and you will be able to access the membership area which you have make payment to. You do NOT need to wait anymore for your tips to arrive.

7. Can I request for a free trial tip?
